– A new nature patterned after God
This is not a “natural” transformation.
– This is done by the power and grace of God
This is a spiritual paradigm shift.
This shift is created to be like God.
– True holiness
– True righteousness
This is an “act” of the Holy Spirit working in us.
That is why we say that this life is no longer mine

A spiritual paradigm shift is seeing our lives changed by the Holy Spirit.
– We walk different
– Act different
– Reason different
This is a radical change or shift.
– Things are not the same
– Our view of the world is not the same
– Our love for God changes
The result of this paradigm shift will cause you and me to walk in grace and in a power that will
help us to overcome the things of our past.
